TERMS OF SERVICE - INDIVIDUALS

These Terms of Service for Individuals ("Individual Terms") govern use of VissoraX by a person acting for personal purposes and not on behalf of an organization. They supplement the General Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and End User License Agreement. If these Individual Terms conflict with the General Terms & Conditions on a matter specific to individual use, these Individual Terms control for that matter.

1) WHO THESE TERMS APPLY TO

These Individual Terms apply when you create or use a VissoraX account for yourself. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you use VissoraX for a business, employer, nonprofit, or other entity, the Terms of Service for Organizations may also apply.

2) YOUR ACCOUNT

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify support@vissorax.com if you believe your account or connected financial data has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

3) CONNECTING FINANCIAL SOURCES

You may connect only accounts and data sources that you own or are authorized to access. By connecting a source, you authorize VissoraX to retrieve and process the permitted data to provide the Services. Disconnecting a source stops future retrieval but does not automatically delete information already imported into your account.

4) ANSWERS AND HUMAN REVIEW

VissoraX may summarize, explain, forecast, and answer questions using information available in your account. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before you rely on them. VissoraX does not replace a lawyer, accountant, tax professional, financial adviser, or other licensed professional.

5) BANKING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Banking, payment, accounting, payroll, and other connected services may be provided by separate regulated or third-party providers. Their terms, eligibility rules, fees, and availability may apply in addition to these Individual Terms. VissoraX is not responsible for a third party's independent service, outage, or decision.

6) PERMISSIONS AND SHARING

You control whether another person or permitted Ecosystem party may receive information from your VissoraX Core account. Review the requested scope before granting access. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share any information you authorize VissoraX to communicate.

7) ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or usage controls, upload unlawful or infringing material, scrape or resell the Services, reverse engineer protected systems, or use VissoraX to harm another person or violate applicable law.

8) FEES, POINTS, AND TAXES

Current pricing, usage charges, and VissoraX Points are described on the Pricing page and in the General Terms & Conditions. You authorize charges you approve and are responsible for applicable taxes. Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy.

9) PRIVACY AND CONSENT

The Privacy Policy explains what information VissoraX collects, why it is processed, how long it is retained, and the choices available to you. Marketing consent is separate from account or service communications and may be withdrawn at any time.

10) AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

The Services may change as features, providers, laws, and security requirements evolve. VissoraX may modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature and will provide notice where required by law or an applicable agreement.

11) SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

You may stop using the Services at any time. VissoraX may restrict or terminate access for nonpayment, misuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material violation of these terms. Data export and deletion are subject to product capability, retention obligations, and the Privacy Policy.

12) DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY

The disclaimers, liability limitations, dispute process, governing law, and other general legal provisions in the General Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Services to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Individual Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

13) CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

VissoraX may update these Individual Terms. Material changes will be communicated as required, and the published effective version will govern continued use after it takes effect.
