Common questions
VissoraX Points are prepaid usage capacity. Every confirmed $1 of USD funding provides 100 Points.
Eligible usage is priced against the actions that consume capacity. Where capacity is reserved, actual usage is settled and unused reserved capacity is released.
More billable usage requires available funded capacity. VissoraX does not create an automatic negative balance.
Points granted for a recurring funded period initially do not roll over. Additional prepaid purchases expire 12 months after purchase unless an Enterprise agreement says otherwise.
Both use the same economic model. Standard uses the current prepaid catalogue; Enterprise supports a different commercial configuration when funded amount, commitment terms, or agreed exceptions require it.
